It was not used often and well cared after it was purchased at a Louis Vuitton boutique. The golden zipper pull is very shiny with light loss of golden plating on the U-shaped part that is connected to the zipper in very good to excellent condition. The golden zipper is very shiny and about a half of the top coat of the golden plating is lost but and looks darker but it still looks golden in very good condition. The zipper works perfectly. The bag has light smell of perfume
